This petition has been filed to constitute a sale committee with the learned Official Liquidator as Chairman to sell the movables lying in the customs bonded warehouse for taking necessary inventories and distribute the sale properties as per the provisions of the Act.

2.The learned Official Liquidator submitted that already the immovable properties have been sold long back and the amount realized are disbursed.

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Company Application is dismissed.
