ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register his complaint dated 27.01.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the petition enquiry conducted and closed by the respondent police on the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.01.2015 and across the Bar, a closure report has also been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The same is recorded.

4.Further, it is seen that F.I.R., has been registered against this petitioner in Crime No.2298/2014 on the file of the respondent police for offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 427, 379 and 506(ii) I.P.C. Only as a counter blast, the petitioner has preferred the present complaint against the defacto complainant.

5.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed however, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
