ORDER

When the matter was listed on 20.12.2023 there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the case was posted on 21.12.2023. On 21.12.2023, learned counsel for both sides requested to remove the caption "for dismissal". On 08.01.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was posted on 22.01.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Index:Yes:No Speaking order : Yes:No MSM 2/4
