This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 9(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioners herein in Crl.O.P.No.7201 of 2024 vide order dated 25.03.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and also submitted that the respondent has also filed the charge sheet in this case.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed against the petitioners herein is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
