3 Anbalagan This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner dated 14/8/2019 and pass orders in the proceedings Na.Ka.A1/ 6182/ 2019 dated 06/03/2020 within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.08.2019 and to pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent has already called the parties for enquiry on 14.11.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to proceed further with the enquiry after providing sufficient https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
