Seeking a direction to the 2nd repondent to register the Sale Certificate issued by the 3rd respondent in favour of the petitioner, this writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the 3rd respondent has issued Sale Certificate in favour of the petitioner on 14.03.2024 and when the same has been forwarded to the 2nd respondent for registration, it has not been registered. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is willing to pay the requisite stamp duty also.

5. In such view of the matter, let the petitioner present the Sale Certificate as per the procedure, for registration within a week's time and thereafter, within a week's time, the 2nd respondent shall register the same, as per law.
