In the present case, the learned Advocate Commissioner was appointed by this Court vide order dated 18.06.2024 wherein a sum of Rs.30,000/- was fixed as initial remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the said amount was paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner by the applicant. However in the meantime, the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably between the parties and hence, she seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw this application.

Recording the above submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
