This Court, by order dated 29.04.2022 in W.P.No.11625 of 2022, has issued a direction to the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2022 and take necessary steps to survey the property and fix the boundaries and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, pursuant to which, the survey was conducted on 27.06.2023. Hence, no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent.
