This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to pay compensation as awarded by the Sub Court, Hosur in LAOP.No.477 of 1996.

The learned counsels appearing for the respondents submitted that already the enhanced award amount (enhanced amount per acre is Rs.3,40,000/-) has been deposited in LAOP.No.477 of 1996. 3.

In view of the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to file application before Sub Court, Hosur for withdrawal of the 2/4

enhanced award amount and Sub Court, Hosur is directed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the entire amount with accrued interest, if any. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
