ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings made in Na.Ka.Aa.6/4397/2013 issued by the first respondent dated 17.03.2014 and quash the same.

2. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. When the case is taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the impugned order was passed in the year 2014 and subsequently, several elections were held, hence, the relief sought for has become infructuous and nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
