The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that in this case, vide order dated 10.03.2026, this Court directed the respondents to re-fix the compensation payable to the petitioner at the rate of Rs.2,128/- per sq.ft., within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the said order.

3. Further, he would submit that though the said order was passed as early as on 10.03.2026, they received the order copy only on 22.04.2026 and hence, he seeks further time for complying with the said order.
