O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 498(A), 406, 506(ii) of IPC, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.2 of 2014 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 27.03.2015 as 'Further action dropped' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikuam, Egmore.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructous.
