ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.3 of 2022 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.3 of 2022 on 03.01.2022, no final report is filed till date. 3.

Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that some other other accused are undetected in this case.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

5. Such view of the matter, there cannot be any direction issued to the respondent police to file the final report within the time limit. However, direction is issued to the respondent police to expedite the investigation and secure the accused.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
