Alleging that on the instigation of the second respondent, the first respondent police compelling the petitioner herein to alienate the property, the present petition is filed, seeking protection to his property.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction, states that the petitioner herein, about 6 months ago gave an on-line complaint about the threat to the peaceful possession of his property. Thereafter, he has not participated in the enquiry and therefore, his complaint was closed. If there is any real threat to his possession and material to show that he is in lawful possession, subject to other parameters and guidelines issued by the Commissioner of Police regarding investigating the property dispute, the police will act in accordance with law.
3. Recording his undertaking, this Writ Petition is disposed of 2/4
accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
