ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of this Court's order dated 17.02.2022 made in W.P.No.2718 of 2022. 1/3

2. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that, as directed by this Court, in order dated 17.02.2022 in W.P.No. 2718 of 2022, the respondent has complied with the order of the Court and a copy of the relevant proceedings dated 20.07.2023 has been placed before this Court.

3. Taking on record the proceedings dated 20.07.2023 and in view of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, the contempt Petition is closed. If there is any dispute, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy.
