This Petition has been filed to grant an interim injunction restraining the Managing Committee of the 1st respondent Trust, their men, servants, employees or anyone claiming through or under them from and in any manner alienating, encumbering, transferring, demolishing the building or otherwise dealing with the property being land and building known as Samyukka Gowda Saraswata Sabha (S.G.S. Sabha) bearing Door No.55 (Old No.16) Habibullah Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600 017, pending disposal of application no.6408 of 2019 filed in C.S.D.No.112222 of 2019.
2. When the present application is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the present application may be dismissed as infructuous.
