ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the records in M.C.No.37 of 2013 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court II, Karaikal and Quash the same.
2.It is seen that when the matter was posted on 27.01.2014 "For Admission", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners took an adjournment and thereafter the petitioners have no interest to pursue the matter. Further it is pending without even ordering notice. At this stage, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
