This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.130 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that on completion of investigation, final report was filed on 19.05.2024 before the learned Principal Judge, Chennai.

3. In view of the above fact, Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner herein to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
