ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w 20(b) (ii) B of NDPS Act in Crime No.1054 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in unlawful possession of ganja weighing around 2 Kilograms. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has two previous pending cases. This court perused its careful consideration to the submissions advanced by the learned counsel on either side and considering the two pending cases over the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 17/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
