This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant an order of interim stay, staying the operation of impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.E/511/2016 dated 16.2.2016 in order to enable the 1st respondent to order for Corrigendum of the orders passed in PGA No.1/13 to 41/13 dated 02.09.2013, pending disposal of the above writ petition.

The prayer sought for in this Miscellaneous Petition can be considered only at the time fnal disposal of the main writ petition.

In view of the above, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
