PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in L.Dis.Acts.Cell-II/67548/2005 Clarification No.24/2006 dated 8.2.2006, quash the same and further direct the respondents to treat the Push Rod and Push Plate supplied by the petitioner as 'Declared Goods' falling under Item 4 of the Second Schedule to the TNGST Act.
