ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 05.01.2026 passed in W.P.No.45924 of 2025 wherein this Court directed the respondents to conclude the proceedings and remove the encroachers within the outer limit of three months.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the encroachments have already been removed on 06.05.2026.

Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the same is closed.
