Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the impugned orders dated 15.03.2012 made in PGA Nos.3, 5 & 4 of 2011 respectively, on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5 herein to pay the petitioner herein gratuity due to her on account of death of her husband Saravanan.
