ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.14913 of 2020 dated 23.09.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as the petitioners are appearing Virudhachalam Town Police Station everyday, they are unable to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
