O R D E R

The Additional Registrar, Marketing, Planning and Development, Office of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies addressed letter to the Special Government Pleader (Cooperatives) in proceedings dated 27.09.2018, stating that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

review petition filed by the writ petitioner dated 22.08.2011, will be disposed after conducting an enquiry and by providing due opportunity to the review petitioner within a period of eight weeks.

2. In view of the written instructions provided by the Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to proceed with the hearing of the review petition filed by the writ petitioner and conclude the same and pass final orders as per the instructions provided in letter dated 27.01.2018.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
