ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioners Shall report before the respondent on everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl MP NO. 5151/2020 in Crl OP No. 10703/2020 order dated 28.08.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have complied with the conditions more than 30 days, hence, he seeks to modify the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions and there are no previous cases against them. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl MP NO. 5151/2020 in Crl OP No. 10703/2020 order dated 28.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
