ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated 26.09.2018, made in W.P.No.24747 of 2018, has not been complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ up with the present contempt petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced the Proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Tiruppur, in Na.Ka.No.4752/M1/2018, dated 03.06.2019.

3.At this, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order passed by this Court, the petitioner's claim has now been rejected and she requests liberty to challenge the rejection order passed by the respondents.

4.In view of the above said development, the contempt petition cannot be kept pending on the file of this Court. Therefore, the same stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Tiruppur, if he so advised. SD/- Assistant Registrar (Comm.
