ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent who has not complied the order of this Court dated 10.03.2023 in W.P.No.7571 of 2023.
2. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, in pursuance of the Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7571 of 2023 dated 10.03.2023, an enquiry conducted, whereupon, petitioner was informed that, 4th respondent is not the competent authority to issue Public Resort license and petitioner has to approach only the Commissioner of Police, namely the 2nd respondent in W.P.No.7571 of 2023 for appropriate remedy. He further submitted that, petitioner has submitted an application dated 22.08.2023 to the Commissioner of Police seeking issuance of licence to the petitioner's M/s.Ryan Recreation Club. Petitioner, by Rc.No.E2(1)/206/53675/2023 dated 04.09.2023 was directed to produce the following documents for considering his request, (i) Completion Certificate (CMDA) (ii) Electrical Certificate (iii) Health Certificate (iv) Property tax receipt 2.1. It is further submitted that, petitioner has not produced the Page No.2/4
aforesaid documents for considering his application. It is the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, if petitioner produces the aforesaid documents, petitioner's application would be considered in the manner known to law.

In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, (i) Petitioner is given two weeks time for production of documents mentioned in Rc.No.E2(1)/206/53675/2023 dated 04.09.2023 to the Commissioner of Police, Vepery, Periamet, Chennai. (ii) The Commissioner of Police, Vepery, Periamet, Chennai is directed to dispose the petitioner's application within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of documents.
4. With the above observations and directions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
