This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 93 days in representing the Substitute Petition filed in W.M.P.Sr.No.16379 of 2024 in W.P.No.33 of 2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court intends to allow this petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 93 days is condoned.
