This Court, by order dated 01.09.2022 in W.P.No.23296 of 2022, has issued a direction to the respondent herein to conclude the proceedings dated 23.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, pursuant to which, the proceedings has been concluded on 11.07.2023 and the copy of the same has been produced before this Court. Hence, no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent.
