The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the official respondents from granting promotion to the post of Assistant Sports Officer to the 4th respondent.
2. However, this Court is of an opinion that the interim injunction prayed for cannot be granted at this stage and it is made clear that all promotions made to the post of Assistant Sports Officer would be subject to the result of the final orders to be passed in this writ petition.
