Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to pass orders on the various representations given by the petitioner, and lastly dt.29.02.2012 to the 2nd respondent regarding the issuing of patta to the petitioner in respect of the property bearing S.No.124/2A Hec. 1.16.0 in Manjakuzhi Village, Chidambaram Taluyk, Cuddalore District.

ORDER

Heard Mr.R.Gururaj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Balamurugan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. With the consent of either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to

direct the respondents 1 to 4 to pass orders on the various representations, and lastly dated 29.02.2012 to the 2nd Respondent regarding the issuing of patta in respect of the property bearing S.No.124/2A Hec. 1.16.0 in Manjakuzhi Village Chidambaram Taluk, Cuddalore District.

3.The petitioner has sought for issuance of patta for her property bearing Survey No.124/2A Hec. 1.16.0 in Manjakuzhi Village, Chidambaram Taluk, Cuddalore District through her application dated 29.02.2012. Since the fourth respondent has not passed final orders on the application, she has filed the present writ petition.

4.In view of limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the same, there will be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.02.2012 and passed orders in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition disposed of. No costs.
