Petition filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the enquiry as per the summons dated 10.07.2014 based on representation dated 11.06.2014 and pass final orders within the stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. With the consent of either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the enquiry as per the summons dated 10.07.2014 based on representation dated 11.06.2014 and pass final orders within a time frame.

3.It is seen that based on the representation given by the petitioner enquiry was commenced and a notice in this regard was issued on 03.07.2014. The petitioner is said to have appeared for the hearing. Subsequently, hearing was adjourned to 11.07.2014 at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

11.00 a.m. On the said date also, petitioner appeared. Thereafter, the authorities did not proceed further.

4.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, there will be a direction upon the second respondent to issue fresh notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
