The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.117 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 354 and 509 IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002.

2.It is stated that the trial is now in the stage of examining the Investigation Officer. At this stage, it may not be possible to consider the petition seeking bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition once the material witnesses had been cross-examined by the petitioner.
