Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/accused in this case is the sole accused and deceased on 19.03.2021 and a copy of the death certificate is also produced before this Court. Since, the petitioner/ Revisioner died during the pendency of the Revision. This Revision may be dismissed as abated.
