This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take further action based upon the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2020.

Heard Mr.R.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the second respondent forwarded the same to the file of the third respondent and it is pending for enquiry.

Considering the above submissions, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party if any, and after giving them opportunity of hearing dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
