ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.5611 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying the conditions till date. He would further submit that the petitioners are bread winner of their family, unless the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed the petitioners will be put to serious prejudice and hardship. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the above condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5611 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
