The civil revision petition is directed against the order dated 06 October 2012 in E.P.No.52 of 2010 in O.S.No.186 of 2007, whereby and whereunder the K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.,
gms learned Executing Judge directed attachment of 1/3rd salary of the respondent, instead of 2/3rd claimed by the petitioners.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions submitted that subsequently, the petitioners received the arrears claimed in E.P.No.52 of 2010 and as such, nothing survives for adjudication.
3. In view of the subsequent events, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
