ORDER

(Made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner had not appeared on the two previous occasions when the matter appeared on January 6, 2021 and February, 3, 2021. The petitioner is represented, but is facing audio problems.

2. The petition seeks action against violators of the COVID protocol and is directed against several persons, including politicians. It also appears that a particular class of politicians appears to have been attacked in the writ petition.

3. The petition was filed in October, 2020. This was during the first wave of the pandemic. Things improved considerably over the next four months or so till they began deteriorating from the beginning or middle of March, 2021.

4. Since subsequent events have overtaken the petition, the second wave of the pandemic is raging all over the country and further lockdowns and clampdowns appear to be imminent, the petition filed in October, 2020 is of no relevance at the moment. Accordingly, W.P.No.17929 of 2020 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
