COMMON ORDER
1. Contempt Petition No.1105 of 2021, has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.1278 of 2020 dated 13.02.2020.
2. Contempt Petition No.1184 of 2021, has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.34099 of 2019 dated 09.01.2020.
3. Contempt Petition No.1185 of 2021, has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.33167 of 2019 dated 09.01.2020.
4.The Chairman, Teachers Recruitment Board, Chennai, was present at the time of Video conferencing.
5.This Court issued statutory notice to the respondent on 17.09.2021. 6.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents and the learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent submitted that the orders passed by this Court has been complied with and the names of the petitioners have been added in the revised selection list as follows: Page No.3/5

It was further submitted that a petition was filed to dispense with the appearance of the first and second respondents and the same was not numbered. The third respondent was present at the time when the matter was called through video conferencing.
7.In view of the compliance of the orders passed by this Court, this Court is not insisting for the appearance of the first and second respondents. A copy of the proceedings of the third respondent dated 21.10.2021 shall be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
