This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Special Court for the cases under Prevention of Corruption Act at Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.655/2012 [Common order passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.848/2012, 946/2012, 1023/2012, 655/2012, 13/2013, 14/2013 & 33/2013] in C.C.No.84/2011, dated 25.06.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up today, Mr.Uma Vijayan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has passed away on 13.06.2021.
