These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2719 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the fifth respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the respondents 9 and 10 as the legal representatives of the deceased fifth respondent as the respondents 9 and 10 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Considering the nature of averments in the affidavits filed along with these petitions and as the legal representatives of the deceased fifth respondent has to be brought on record for proper adjudication in the Second Appeal, these petitions are Ordered.

3. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. Notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by 22.04.2026.
