Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the proposal dated 25.10.2018 sent by the 2nd respondent for relaxation of rule, as to enable the petitioner's name to be included in the promotion list of Deputy Tahsildars for the year 2018, within the time to be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for direction, to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the proposal dated 25.10.2018 sent by the second respondent for relaxation of rule, as to enable the petitioner's name to be included in the promotion list of Deputy Tahsildars for the year 2018, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, I am inclined to issue direction to direct first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the proposal dated 25.10.2018 sent by the second respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
