Since the counsel on record has given change of vakalat, it is the duty of the petitioner to make arrangements for alternative counsel, otherwise the petitioner to appear in person.

2. When the case was called on 14.06.2022, since no one was present on behalf of the petitioner, it was adjourned to today i.e., 23.06.2022. Even today when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner, neither the petitioner nor any counsel engaged since has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, it shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case, hence it is liable to be dismissed for default.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. No costs.
