Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5932 of 2020 in order date 13.03.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5932 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5932 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore on first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.
