PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of transfer dated 01.10.2015 bearing Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.13163/2011/A6 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to permit the petitioner to continue in the same place, ie. At the office of the Assistant Director of Town Panchayats, Coimbatore as Work Inspector.
