[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents herein for having committed wilful disobedience of the order dated 21.08.2020 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.2285 of 2020 on the file of learned III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Vijayan, learned counsel appearing for M/s.King and Partridge, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Umashankar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 21.08.2020 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2/3

2020 in O.S.No.2285 of 2020 by learned III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, has been complied with.
