3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case the investigation has been completed, charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore. Now, the case has been transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Madukkarai.

4.In view of the same nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
