The present Application has been filed to implead Mrs.Chitra Respondent no.4, the wife and legal heir of the deceased respondent Mr.R.Srinivasa Raghavan, as a Respondent in the above O.P.No.655 of 2022.

2. Mr.D.S.Ravikumar, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent submitted that he had entered appearance on 12.02.2025. He would also submit that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the 5th respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for.

5. List the matter next week along with O.P.No.320 of 2023.
