This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 -3 to de-freeze the Savings bank account bearing No.33338355117 maintained with the 1st respondent and savings bank account bearing No.5302490448 maintained with the 2nd respondent and savings bank account bearing No.916010026816297 maintained with the 3rd respondent and to enable the petitioner to utilize the money, apart from the lien marked sum, lying in the bank accounts
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that based on the instructions given by the various Police Stations/respondents 4 to 29, the respondents 1 to 3 have frozen the petitioner's Bank account. Since all the respondent-Police are out of the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is not inclined to give any direction to all the respondent/Police. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
